Principle Product Design at The Arena Group

Using Sport Illustrated established brand guidelines, the new UI patters accounted for short and long form editorial content; emphasizing expressive photography, while showcasing betting and live sports data. The new web templates, were optimized to support both direct and programmatic display advertising. Built on the existing homegrown CMS; the design blended the strategic editorial “playbook” with emphasis on SEO best-practices.
